The service was very good and I do not fault the people at the desk for the hotels awful layout. We got a room with a window facing the atrium which has a pool. During the day, you could hear kids screaming through your room window when they were playing in the pool. I didn't get a wink of sleep, as the soundproofing of the rooms is bad and you can hear conversational level speaking outside your door if people are passing by. We heard a bunch of doors slamming at 7am when we were trying to sleep. Our room was also next to some employee area and you could hear random mechanical noises throughout the night. Definitely would not recommend staying there if you value your sleep!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Staff during our stay was awesome; friendly, respectful and helpful. Property felt safe was clean and well appointed with everything you would expect and then some. Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. Free parking in a gated lot or parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and there is plenty of room to socialize in the lobby and on the pool deck. Located one block from the convention center and within walking distance of many restaurants, the National Blues Museum, the Gateway Arch, a movie theater and grocery store. Aside from the grocery store, some souvenir and specialty shops, there isn't much downtown in the way of retail shopping for every day necessities (drug stores, mass merchants etc.). Make sure you stock up before your visit to downtown St Louis.

Nice Rooms. Nice people. Very tacky and sketchy people walking around the hotel asking for money or just standing around watching guests. Also parking lot not safe for guests.

An immaculate hotel. Staff were great, room was comfortable and right in the middle of everything. Parking sucks but it's a busy town.
