This is one my favorite hotels in St. Louis. Rooms are amazing and huge. It is in a perfect location. I love to hangout in Central West End and eat at the restaurants there. If you want to watch a movie, there is a theater as well. This hotel itself has couple of restaurants inside if you don’t want to go out.

Small and intimate movie screenings with cozy seating at budget prices. The popcorn is surprisingly tasty for its relatively low price compared to other theaters in the metro area and the entire venue really does manage to retain a classic vibe. I'll be seeing more movies here!

We only went to the Chase Club. Excellent drinks and service. The music was so loud that's it's impossible to have a conversation and the front area was so packed that you can't get to the door to leave the place or go to the restrooms, which are not very convenient to get to (being located downstairs. Also, it's a little cramped to begin with. It takes some maneuvering to get around the people and tables. Other than that it was a lot of fun with live music going on. I very much like that they comp the valet service at the club. Saves a lot of time with parking and walking to the place. I'm sure we'll keep going on occasion.

I can't speak for the hotel rooms, as I've never stayed there, but the movie theater on the first floor is excellent.  They typical play more art house & indie fare, which is right up my alley.  You can choose from a decent selection of local beers to enjoy with your film and the main theatre featutes an old school organ performance before each picture.  The lobby area of the hotel is also very nice, with a cozy bar area serving up classic drinks with a live jazz trio or other easy listening on weekends.  Overall, a nice spot for a date night.

What's not to love? A beautiful historical art deco hotel. Very professional staff. And a wonderful salon and spa. I also enjoy all of their restaurants. In particularly The Tenderloin Room.
