Very friendly staff, very informed on local happenings. Rooms are nice but very small. Our room has a great view of the city. Bathroom is gorgeous, and very large for a hotel. No pool or hot tub. Many things to eat within walking distance.

Great hotel. Great location. The most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Staff was great. Cafe had a yummy breakfast to start the day. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very swanky hotel with two great restaurants attached to it in the triumph bar and grill and the haiku sushi bar. Not to mention the triumph motorcycle museum. The management and front desk are very nice and helpful. And the rooms are up to date, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here multiple times. It's close enough to the Scott Trade center and ball park to just Uber it for less than $10 each way. Staff is very friendly. Unique decorations and super comfortable beds with quality linens. Parking is an open lot behind @ $10 per night. And the sushi restraunt just off the lobby is amazing.

Room was tiny, made me feel claustrophobic. Large, gross stain on sheets when we removed comforter. Women at front desk did not care. Bathroom was nice though.
