Nice modern room. Pillows we're very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping was poor. I had issues for three nights in a row. The last day my room had not been cleaned by 6.00 pm.

Great location close to the Metro, lots of restaurants nearby.

Location is 5 stars, with families it can't be beat. So close to everything. The room is alright, a little tight. The bathroom is very small. Beds are fine, nothing too great but not bad. Room is decently clean. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good. Plenty of choices and everything is clean. I would definitely come back if only for the location.

Wonderful Staff!!!! I don’t like that they only have showers that needs updated badly. The cost really needs to come down, I assume it’s based on the location. Other than that you will enjoy it even more than you would anyway.

I loved everything about this place until...i looked at my bank account. Still a week later i have not been refunded the unauthorized charge on my card that was supposed to be only held for incidental purposes only. Completely changed my opinion of anymore repeat stays in the future.

Was small, room had cleanliness issues, and a funny smell in the room and hallway.  Staff was very nice, breakfast was okay, and appreciated no charge to park.  My room was dimly lit, though I can't say that is all rooms.  Not a bad place but I expected more from holiday inn Express
