Great sales department and great service months later. Bryan Armstrong was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient salesman. He let me test drive the same car a few times to make sure it was the one i wanted. He even calls to check in months later. I've been back for service a few times now. It's a bit difficult to get on the service calendar...usually need to schedule a few days out. However, when i had an emergency flat tire replacement needed, they squeezed me in for an appointment! Great work by the whole team! Before this vehicle, I wasn't one to go back to the dealership for service, but I think I've found one to frequent. Keep up the good work, team!

Can't say enough about how customer service oriented this group is! From the time I drove into the service bay, during my wait while the work was done, and through the "ready to go" phase, when I was shown the condition of my air filters and why they recommended replacement, I was treated with respect, care, and friendliness. I overheard them working with other customers, and they were being treated likewise. This is a company with a really good work and customer service ethic. So glad I purchased my car from them and for the excellent service they provide.

Having been a customer at Buerkle Hyundai for several years, I set my expectations high based on past service experiences. I have never been disappointed. Buerkle provides professional, efficient, time sensitive service every time. Service details and pricing are clearly communicated before any work begins. There is no reason for me to consider any other auto sales and service.

We bought a previously leased van last month. There were a couple of minor cosmetic defects that we wanted fixed. We live 100 miles away so they gave us an "I owe you" to return another time to have it repaired. When I returned to the service center today I was treated with respect and given a loaner vehicle (of my choice!) to use for the day. We spent the day shopping and were able to pick up my van later in the day. They did a great job on the repairs and everyone was very friendly and respectful​. Thus far my experiences with Buerkle Honda have been stellar. Kudos to salesman Kevin, service team leader Jason and the entire service staff.

I've only had my Tucson for 5 weeks but so far I say "great dealership, great sales team, very responsive service."
