Pro:  I called to set up a drop off of my car for an oil change, and since I work within the area, they offer to pick up my vehicle, complete oil change and deliver it back to me at work..  Which is completely awesome!!!  But I am not sure why they don't tell their customers (in previous visits) that they offer this service?

Con:  Not sure why they advertise a complimentary car wash & vacuum???  Nobody touched my vehicle with vacuum - at all, very very disappointing - as the last couple times they did NOT do it either..  Not going to do the service, don't offer it!!

Personally, I've had a great experience here! Travis assisted me in picking out a car and really helped me make the best decision without any pressure. My experience with the shop has been great as well. Derrick provided great service and explained to me, in detail, the cause and solution to the issue. Everybody there has been extremely helpful and provided good customer service!

I have dealt with White Bear Lincoln since 1988 when I bought my 1888 Mercury Marquis. Since then I have purchased 5 additional cars with the last being a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. I have always had honest, dependable, excellent service at White Bear Lincoln. I would rather buy a car from them than search at another dealer. The owner is definitely customer oriented and anxious to satisfy customer needs.

Friendly personnel.  Nice loaner vehicle.  Helpful in suggesting future things that may need to be maintained.  I am a single female that travels a lot and I want my car to have no problems!  A great relationship with this organization.

Their service is outstanding! Theyre honest in their assessments and do a good job with repairs. Excellent customer service
