I absolutely had the most positive experience I've had in buying a car! Melissa set up my appointment and Karleen was an exceptionally pleasant and fantastic salesperson! She was responsive to my questions and concerns, did not push and was totally supportive of my interests. She made the experience really fun! I am so thrilled with my S90 and how the entire staff made me feel as a valued customer. I will be back for service by taking advantage of their excellent service plan. Rich was also helpful and very complimentary to me. He made sure to notice that the car was missing floor and trunk mats and will arrange to have them mailed to me, as I live 250 miles away.

The was, hands down the best car buying/leasing experience ever! Peter Carlson at Kline Volvo is the best - he listened to our needs and explained everything to us so that we could understand, plain and clear. No hidden agendas and he was very friendly, caring, and professional! It was an awesome experience. He calmed our nerves, too! We will definitely be going back, and we are referring all our family and friends to Peter and Kline Volvo. Simply the BEST there is!

Peter Carlson of Kline Volvo far exceeded our expectations. End to end Peter made the process quick, easy and painless. They were very fair on our trade and went above and beyond to get us into the right vehicle at the right price. Upon arrival, we'd planned to lease a specific XC60, however, after some conversation they were able to provide another option that better suited our needs. We highly recommend Peter and the Kline Volvo Team and look forward to working with them in the future!

It’s been 14 years since I last purchased my Volvo S60. We came in specifically to look for a NEW Volvo XC60 through the Costco Program. Peter Carlson went above & beyond to accommodate our needs explaining the Costco program. His excellent knowledge of the vehicles helped us make our decision making easy! Peter was also very thorough and patient in going over every last detail before we drove our vehicle home. Thank-you Peter!

Great help from Mike Hendrickson getting a replacement key on the spot! Also he researched the updates to my navigation system and got everything setup so that I did not have to come back to the dealership! Once again, Kline Volvo and Mike Thiesen put me first! Got me in for an appointment that day and had shuttle service back home! They make it really easy to do business with them. Great service!
