Well I buy all my Harley parts there for the most part and a couple of my friends that have or still do work there and seem to enjoy it. People are very polite and helping with all your needs. A very good choice of people. And their Vip membership can and does save a lot on you purchases and also labor. Everything in the store. Plus there are other stuff you are invited to attend. So check it out for yourself.

Had an excellent experience with the whole staff. Tom and Phil were great in the service area along with the mechanics. Got me in while a waited several times and the clothing staff was very helpful. Jerry and the other sales people are also very informative and helpful. Front desk gal is very friendly and enjoyed my conversation with her while I waited. Parts department also answered all questions and showed me around. Thank you!!

Top notch Dealership, parent company to Wild Prairie Harley Davidson in Eden Prairie. Large volume of inventory with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Just picked our bike up from St. Paul Harley after they serviced for a non start issue. They said it was a battery. Stopped for gas and bike won't start. Same issue as before. We are stranded and they offer nothing.

I called st paul harley on 10/04/17 in the afternoon. I talked to a parts guy to let him know I was having problems with my extension arms for my highway pegs (they weren't tightening up and he said bring it into the service department and they will be glad to take care of you. So I bring the bike in that afternoon bring it up to the service Department to let the guys know what my issue is and Sam says ive never heard of that hsppening. Doesnt offer to have a tech look at it. I had to ask him if i could use an allen wrench to do it myself out in the parking lot meanwhile him and another one of his associates are jaw jacking eachother while I got to try and adjust my pegs, hop back on the bike, readjust, hop back on, adjust, not one of them offered to give me a hand. Totally disappointed in their service department. I've spent close to $ 35k there over the last 2 years and you can't offer a hand in even this little instance?! Total BS. You guys are about to lose my business if not it's because your parts guys are great guys to work with.
