These guys are great! Always available to help us and answer our questions, but also giving us space to just look and privately discuss.  Everybody in the family (yes they are family owned!) was very polite to us over the course of two visits, guiding us to the vehicles that might fit what we were looking for, and ultimately to the one we gladly bought. We needed to get the right car for our daughter without spending an arm and a leg and we found what we needed at Sparkle!

I had the pleasure of meeting the mother and 2 youngest sons last week. They were awesome and so friendly! I went through Royal Credit Union and was approved within an hour. I purchase my jeep the same day. My jeep is running great so far. I am very happy with my experience overall and would highly recommend them!

My husband and I walked the lot last Sunday, looking for a specific car.  When we were unable to locate it, I called first thing on Monday morning.  A very pleasant woman answered the phone and advised me they still had it.  When I arrived I walked into the office and asked if I could take a look at the car.  Steve grabbed the keys and walked me through the lot.  The rest of my experience was absolutely fantastic.  From the moment we walked up to the car, through the test drive and back to the lot for the final inspection.  I'm not sure I've ever laughed so much.  I have to admit I have never had a sales experience quite like it.  I will say however for as much as I picked on Steves odd salesman skills, he is right, it must have worked because I purchased the car, cash in hand all in less than an hour.  I've would recommend Steve and his family/staff to anyone that is looking for a great sales experience and a good deal.  I couldn't be more happy.

These are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I bought a car from them but needed financing so they recommend me to Royal Credit Union (who treated me very well). The car I bought from them developed a knock in the engine just days later and even though their warranty was 'as is' they reversed the deal so I wouldn't be stuck with the massive expense of fixing it. Steve personally drove me home and to the credit union to make sure my loan was taken care of. I can't think of another used car dealership that would go through that to keep a good customer relationship. We both got unlucky with that specific car. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for honest people.

I've been buying vehicles here for a few years now. Prices are honest as is every other aspect of this business. Very kind, very helpful. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else ever. That is a simple fact.I have driven purchased vehicles to and from mile marker 0 yearly and across this country daily for work without ever so much as a problem of any kind. For people like this there should be a ten star rating available. **********
