My husband and I dine here often.  We always have a pleasant experience.  Food is consistent.  Aaron served us tonight, and he was awesome.  The GM, forgot his name, brought us our food, and he was awesome.  Another manager, Terry, who we see all the time, we finally stopped him as he was bussing tables to tell him that he is awesome too.  The staff here is always on the next level, and they all seem to work really well with each other.  Good job, as always guys.  Thank you!

Went with a large party. The service was great. Not a huge fan of the food but it was good for the occasion.

Tonight at approximately 8:45 pm I called to place an order, of course I know Friday night is busy. To be on hold twice was not unexpected although throughout the hold the phone would be took off hold and placed back.  When my call was answered this is the conversation: 
Order taker- Can you hold?
Me - Again?
Order taker- I got to get my keys
Me - Get your keys.
Order taker-  I got to get my keys to unlock my register to take your order, app. 3 sec later she say "what's your name?" 
Me -  What's your name?
Click,  she hung up on me.  I called back , the phone was answered, the person identified them self, offered order. I ask for Management & was told" non was available" "oh, 1 walking by, hold on". I explained to Mgt, he said " I'll speak to the person, let (the 2nd person who answered phone(not mentioning her name) take your order)".

Even for entering late at night, service was good and food was properly executed as expected.
