Sorry not sorry but I will never come to this establishment again. I ordered an appetizer of potatoe skins that was burnt & the boneless chicken was hard like rocks with sauce on top. This establishment definitely fell off and I will not return.
The service was horrible the order was plenty but was forgotten to get a salad and mashed potatoes the forgotten items my girlfriend and I had mentioned the forgotten items the waitress got an attitude and brushed us off with no apology so I asked to speak to a manager and the items were served by the manager. The mashed potatoes were cold and the salad I received had salad dressing on one side not the entire salad. This restaurant is operating with poor management
Was just okay. I tried the sushi which wasnt that bad. My daughter loves their Beyond burger and was pleased. I used to frequent this location a lot before the pandemic. I had collected rewards points over the course of years. I was disappointed to find that I lost all of my points when they changed the app. Also, as a Rewards member you used to be able to get the free chips and salsa at each visit. Now, you have to pull up the app to get a qr code with an expiration to redeem. I am not sure if there is a monthly limit of just one being that was all that was in my account. o the

No lights were on outside it looked closed. Place was dirty. 3 people came to seat us but then said hold on. Only 4 other people in the restaurant. They looked annoyed people were coming in. Before we could even sit they asked for drinks. Saw the sushi menu asked about it because we have allergies. They had no idea so we left. So bummed we liked eating there but never again
Came here to this establishment around 2:30 p.m. today and I ordered an Angry Orchard beer and the whiskey glazed wings. First let me start off by saying that the black waitress that was working behind the bar had an attitude and created such an unpleasant experience as if someone is forcing her to work. If you don't like your job or don't want to be involved with customer service at that time then don't come to work just quit. Secondly the whiskey glazed wings were a disgrace and I don't understand how this restaurant can serve anybody the type of wings that was served to me which were dried out, overcooked and the meat was like biting beef jerky off the bones and was like swallowing wood. I will be getting consumer affairs involved in the quality of food that is being served. I can guarantee you a dog would not have ate that. I'm sure y'all wouldn't like it if somebody served at to your kids or your family members so why serve this disgusting food to a customer or customers that has kept this establishment in business. It's such a shame but I will never be eating at any T.G.I.Friday's and I hope the rest of them go out of business.
Worst experience I had in a tg Friday’s The place was empty and they still made us wait 20 mins to be seat it. We walked in and the place is empty. No guest no employees. They sad my husbands two kids and I by the bar where the game was playing and it was loud. The food was cold. Our server was really nice and try to make us feel comfortable but it was just wrong. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location anymore.
If I can give no stars I would! Horrible customer service. The restaurant is empty, the hostess walks away from us, no one was at the front to greet us and sit us down. I walk over to the bar lady, I told her is there a hostess we have been waiting for 15 mins and all she tells me is understandable. No wonder the restaurant location is empty. Horrible employees! Horrible experience!
Food was awful. Dog food is made better than the deep fried slop this place serves. And they have the nerve to charge as much $ as they do for it. Will never return.Food: 1/5
