It's Shake Shack! Fresh and clean inside. Food is always made fresh and staff is really polite and helpful!  I really recommend the chicken sandwich. I know it's a bit of an unpopular pick but it's highly slept on!  You'll usually never have to wait a long time when ordering ahead as well.

Aaliyah  was my server and was just sweet and kind and made sure that my order was right and just extra special service. Friendly, kind and sweet. Ask for her when you stop in for the the best burger, hot dog and hand shakes that are perfection. Thank YOU Aaliyah and thank you for making my first visit with you memorable. I will be back... First time at shake shack and really enjoyed the service! Pleasant staff and good food. This guy in particular was great and I enjoyed the whole experience, which is so hard to see these days!

We were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat before going to a movie. The service was great and I was very Happy to discover they offered Gluten free buns for the burgers. Getting GF to taste good is a challenge but the one I had tasted AMAZING. One side note is that they use kiosks to order so you cannot pay with cash. Overall great service.  Dietary restrictions: The kiosk have options for dietary restrictions. Since I was looking for gluten free that&#39;s all I noticed, but I think there were more options.

I tried to place order through their own website, was unsuccessful. Placed an order through door dash. had 2 burgers total 2 with bacon, 2 without. I picked up my order brought back to office , and realized that they put bacon in a burger that was not supposed to have it. I called and spoke to one of managers explaining to her that i can not have bacon for religious purposes, asked her to have one delivered. Response was so sorry we do not deliver, and if you come today and today only i can fix this for you. I asked her if i could place another order on doordash and she would accommodate me with faster service and obviously no charge she said sorry i can't do that either. She said if i gave her my email she will refund me the burger price. I explained to her the issue was not in the money just needed food for lunch. Very disappointing to see that my religious views were dismissed like that.

Wow, ok, I've been to Shake Shack, but today's meal here over at Willowbrook was the best Shake Shack I've had.  They know how to make the perfect fries there!  The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was great through the meal.

Came in after a long day at work for lunch, I was greeted by Courtney who was the most positive employee & sweetest soul. She recommended me everything & listed all the beverage options. After ordering, I sat down & she checked back in with me about my food & if I needed anything. Thank you for making my day Courtney !!

This place is an amazing stop for food. For the limited amount of workers they have, they work efficiently. Also, the touchscreens, are a very nice way to order. Overall, I love stopping in to grab food!Food: 5/5

First of all let me say that Shake shack has good product.  This location has a habitual problem where at least 20% of the time my order arrives without the sauces which have been very explicitly labeled on my Uber eats receipt.  In one instance I contacted the manager who promised me a free meal etc. etc. and later reneged on any compensation for not having sauce 20% of the time that’s totally unacceptable when I eat chicken I need sauce.  I am posting this out of frustration because I need it to stop happening.  Shake shack please regain control of this location!
