Staff here is quick and efficient. They have their own system and culture of caring for the customer. Give them a chance, and they'll help you out! Was only able to catch one person name, Jason. Jason is all over the lot working hard, and still helping customers as they come to the maintenance section. The man work long hours too! Seen the man at night, and the next day early morning!

I think I’ll recommend Buggy when it comes to renting a car. I like the fact that they have Uber representatives in the location that save me a trip to Long Island City in order to get my account activated . Also a young lady named Esther clearly explained the contract and policies that I found very helpful.Overall I had a good experience with buggy. However they need to work on their Accuracy.

Esther was amazing and very friendly. I will recommend her to every one. Her welcoming is lovely. You will already feel welcome and want to ask more from her. You did good Esther.

Went to this location first time ever. I was fortunate to have met my rep. Evan. This guy is the epitome of professional. Evan was so customer service oriented that I literally had to tell him to stop with his amazing service (lol) as I was just not used to this from a car rental company. The place is busy but they treat you with respect. I recommend this place. Be sure to ask for EVAN though he is awesome.

I am pleased to be able to share my thoughts on what a positive experience it’s been working with Buggy !!! From all the help and support that Chaim has given me to Amit and the men and women who work the front and Sara in billing. First rate cars available at reasonable prices that are all inclusive (service, inspections and insurance included). Buggy has given me the ability to be a TLC driver with no concerns when it comes to my vehicle ; probably the biggest part of being a driver. Thanks Buggy for everything !!!
