This place really needs to get their act together. I've been standing at the counter for 40 minutes now waiting for them to get me a car. Not sure why the wait, as I am the only one here. When you return the car, you have to drive it down a few levels into a dingy garage, and there's nobody there to take the return. You have to write down the mileage and gas, then return to the office to tell them and return the keys. The only thing that lets you know this is a sheet of paper by where you're supposed to pull in. Not really the best experience for the customer. Still, the car I got was fine, so overall not terrible.

Woof. Bit of a rough one here. 
We showed up on-time for a work rental. 

Maybe waited 20-30 minutes while a worker spoke on the phone.  Everything seemed a bit sloppy, yet kind. 

The price though was rock-solid and that's what's preventing this from being a 1-Star review. 

If being on time for your trip isn't an issue, use this place as the price is great. Otherwise, maybe steer clear.

Returned my car after a week's rental and they tried to charge me a cleaning fee for general dust and dirt on the car floor which you would expect from a weeks use. After a ten minute argument I ended up just borrowing their Hoover and cleaning it myself, which took all of 2 minutes to do. On top of this they were rude and unfriendly.
Avoid budget and rent cars from Avis or National around the corner, where I have previously had much better experiences

reserved a car an hour before picked it up with no problems fast and smooth service, also much cheaper prices then everyone around and great service
