Last minute, one day weekend rental. Check-in took literally three minutes. No surprise fees or costs. The car was ready to go when I arrived, and it was very clean inside (outside needed a wash but don't care). Unlike other rental places, Saturday hours allow for flexible pick/up and drop of times (7am -7pm). The garage was simple to exit and enter, with a prepaid card provided by Avis. Plus, you don't get gouged on the provided EZ Pass ($3.95 per day, no prior activation needed, good for all toll systems). Drop off was just as convenient: took 3 minutes, and I expect to get reimbursed for the extra gas that I pumped in. Would definitely use them again.

I received the truck I requested, a Lincoln Navigator.  It was clean and beautiful, like brand new.  There were no mileage restrictions.  My UFT/AFT discount was accepted, which saved me almost $400.00!  The staff was very friendly and efficient.  Pick up and drop off was quick and easy-no hassles.  I will only rent from Avis in the future!

I blocked in my pickup/return dates for the Thanksgiving holiday well in advance, but forgot to go back and adjust until the last minute. I wasn't able to make changes on the website or over the phone, but on a whim I decided to go in person, and the agent behind the counter was able to give me a car on the spot, and set me up with a rental for the ideal duration. Thanks - you saved Thanksgiving!

at returning the car they charged my card charges and  fees with out asking or explaining before. and when i asked the reason, they told me we cant do anything...
if you are looking for service make a different choice...

I have rented from Avis all around the world, and this was by far the most unfriendly, rude staff I have encountered. I rented and paid for a town and county mini van but got a beat up Toyota Siena with 30k miles.

The staff was rude, short with me, and made me feel like I was lucky to get a vehicle even thought I had made my reservation far in advance of the pick up date. 

Again, this was the worst Avis location I have come across. They told me the tank was full, but in actuality it had less than half a tank of gas. While checking for damages with the attendant we both noticed that there are scratches all over the exterior and interior of the car, and the front bumper is falling off as well. 

I made my reservation to be a weekly rate. I went the day before my pick up date to see if I could get the car, but I was easily brushed off by the staff. The woman at the desk was rude, unprofessional, and seemed agitated by my being there. Avis you have big problems at this location. Thanks
