People working here were very nice and helpful. I appreciated their kindness. Did not appreciate having to return the car, as it was sold while I was renting it. Even less, the fact that I missed holding up my E Z Pass (no mount in the car) twice in three weeks, for actual tolls totaling to $4.32. Enterprise charged my credit card $31.00. This is beyond outrageous. I intend to complain loud, long and often until they make that right. I understand a need to up-charge to cover collection, but 725% is insane.

Customer Service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was stupendous. They have a Professional group of men and women that are extremely attentive to your needs. They are patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. They get you in and out. The condition of the car was well maintained, clean and operated smoothly. I'm glad I chose this location to rent my car. Thanks again for all your hard work and making your customers happy!

Only know 2 staff members by name but will not give them special shout outs because all staff had played a part to ensure my experience with them was the absolute best. All questions answered, all problems i had were handled with their help, they were able to figure which reservation was mine before I told them, and though the days I went for pick up and drop off were busy mornings, they handled everyone swiftly & smoothly so I did not have to wait long at all.
