I reserved a car online and called to confirm they had the specific car I had chosen. When I showed up they didn't have it and said I could either A) take what they had which was a base model Hyundai which didn't even have cruise control! Or B) come back the next day.
I was driving 18 hours that night and couldn't do it without cruise control and i didn't have time or patience to go to the airport when I had specifically CONFIRMED they had the selected car.
Ultimately one of the very worst experiences I've had with a rental company and haven't been back since (over a year so far).
If you can't confirm something then just say "I can't confirm that now".

Good customer service. Don’t always have cars available. Conveniently located. Is pricey.

The staff was really on point and pleasant to deal with. 5 stars for customer service. I used Enterprise when my car was in the shop for 2 and 1/2 weeks.  They picked me up at the shop and returned me back there at the end of the rental. and were flexible with the changing end dates when the car work took longer than expected.

Very quick and easy experience. I gave 5 stars not only b/c the person who helped me was super attentive and friendly, but also b/c when I called back to ask questions that I had forgotten about fuel and return, the staff was very cheerful, knowledgeable, and just all around pleasant. Overall a great rental experience!

Very friendly and attentive staff. They use tablets to expedite the filling out of the agreement, photos of the vehicle etc, and email you the signed copy. I appreciated that.  

They were also kind enough to offer us a larger SUV type vehicle at no extra charge, simply because it was on the lot and the attendant knew I was going on a long trip and thought I could use the extra space. That was unexpected and really made the difference in our road trip. 

I should mention all their cars are very new with all the high-tech bells and whistles that cars come with now. 

We needed an extra day on our rental and that was no problem for them at all. We extended the rental and it was still incredibly affordable. Exactly what they had quoted us. I'm happy to have rented my car here and would do so again.
