Small dealer nothing big the guy inside is cool

I would urge you to give this place a call and that'll give you a taste of the type of service you'll receive. 

When I arrived to pick up my UHaul at the scheduled time, the man at the front desk was asleep. He woke up and told me that my van would be late and to come back in a half hour. 

The UHaul arrived a few minutes late, and I used it to do my moving. Everything ran fine until I went back to drop it off. I get there and THE LOT WAS CLOSED. Literally there was a giant gate locking me from parking the van. I had to find a parking spot big enough to fit this giant van in a busy neighborhood on a Saturday evening. This resulted in me not being able to drop it off in time. 

Just a very frustrating experience to add on to a stressful move. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I reserved a truck, and when I came to pick it up they said they canceled the reservation without any motive. I dont see the point to reserve from here if they dont tell you that it got cancelled for whatever reason.

I have used this dealer now multiple times locally for trucking art to galleries and installations. Friendly, fast, professional and uncomplicated for picking up a van or small truck. It is small and part of a shop as well, so they don't have all the equipment for a larger move. I have rented U-Hauls for decades and know the routine. Check for previous scratches etc. Fill up the gas you used. Take the insurance.

shady business practices. Added a made up 'damage' charge to my bill though I returned the vehicle in pristine condition. They dont provide proof. And the damage charges are a strangely round figure. 
I would not trust these people with my credit card numbers. 
Go to Budget or Enterprise instead. Much more professional.
