THE WORST ! I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich it does not come with ketchup and Mayo and the wrapping of my sandwich was ripped I barley had any fries in the bag. My boyfriends sandwich had tomatoes on it he asked for no tomatoes  like they just don’t care here this is ridiculous spent $30 for the whole order to be wrong and then didn’t give us no receipt and I know I ordered a bacon double stack and didn’t even get my sandwich and they tried to say I didn’t order it swear I’ll never eat here again and I don’t suggest anyone else to it’s a waste of money and the food quality is bad. SMH I use to work for a Wendy’s and this is super disgusting

The food was very good. Fresh fries and nuggets. The only thing that did gross me out was that the cashier was handling money and serving food with out gloves. Cross contamination would be my concern. The service was slow but I’m guessing that’s why they’re hiring. The service was good and the cashier was very nice. I would like to see the person making my food tho wear some gloves. That’s all.

Most pathetic service I have received from a fast food restaurant in a very long time. I sat in line for almost an hour because they didn’t have hamburger meat. They failed to tell me this until after I payed and after noticing that their just taking more orders while lining unserved customers around the building. I asked for a refund. I asked several times and every time they told me they were going to give me one and the new person just came back and asked me if I wanted a refund still.  . Then she came out to tell me she was done making my food but wanted to see if I wanted a refund. I decided to just take the food and I should’ve gotten the refund because my fries were so cold I threw them away. The service here is absolutely pathetic. I’ll never waste my money here again.If they weren’t in there playing all day maybe they could get some work done.  you’re better off going to the McDonald’s in Essex than this location.

Came here about 1 hr before close and got a 4 for 4. Everything was cold and I had to heat it up when I got home. Luckily this was the last time I ordered from any fast food place. Do yourself a favor and go shopping for fresh food and cook your own meals. It's 100% worth it.

I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I've come here for lunch via the drive thru twice in the last month & had great customer service & good food. If you listen, the staff can sound rough when chatting amongst themselves, but we're great when interacting with customersFood: 5/5

What an awesome crew at this location! You guys are so amazing! Keep up the great work Shawn, you make your team better with your positive attitude especially being so late. Ty’quail has such an uplifting spirit and does a great job! For a late shift these guys killed it!!!! Thank you!

The manager keep hanging up the phone when I am calling.  I was given the wrong order!!!!  We ordered the pretzel burgers and was given the mozzarella burgers and they didn’t give us our frosty. We had to drive back to get the right order and when he got there the manager was giving a lot of attitude and was given the incorrect order again! We got same mozerella burgers again and the wrong flavored frosty!!!!! I paid almost $40 for this meal and we are had to drive back and we live far. This order was at 6:30 and it is now 8:40 I am calling and the manager keeps hanging up. I got two babies and I’m pregnant and I haven’t ate dinner. I have been ripped off!!! This manager needs to be fired!!!! Today 01/08/2023 8:00pm!!!

This is the worst Wendy’s in the area if not the state. The time it takes to get through the drive through is embarrassing and they should be embarrassed, not friendly or cordial or well spoken.  Just save your money and more importantly your time and choose any other place nearby. Maybe this will cause them to change staff or just close this terrible location. Been coming here for years and today was my last.

I Love Wendy’s, food always on point and the syrup drinks are amazing but i went Sunday and the syrup tasted old and expired, i wind up with a head ache the next day and throwing up. I had to immediately throw the drink out!! I’m not eating from that location anymore.

Tried the new Italian chicken parm sandwich meal. It was barley warm or had any sauce. The fries were way too salty. Went back to order frosty after our meal and waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time when it wasn't even busy. When in line for the frosty they had the cashier running the register and bagging and preparing food without gloves. After waiting to be waited on and seeing this we chose not to order the frostys.Rhe manage saw this too and she heard me comment about it. She asked me was there a problem.  I told her yes ,that it was a long wait for not being busy . She replied that the cashier was preparing the food and taken orders, well Duh! It is just gross and the manager didn't even care and she asked the other customer ahead of me if they cared and when they said no she smiles and thanked them for not caring about it.
