I personally don’t write reviews but the situation I had with this Burger King was definitely out of control. I ordered a crispy chicken combo meal, onion rings & a whopper Jr, When I received my food I only got onion rings & a whopper Jr. They completely forgot about my combo meal & refused to refund that portion or credit it. I’m in management myself & I personally would at least credit it for a future purchase but they refused to do anything about it. I’m taking this situation all the way to corporate in hopes conversations will be had with this locations’ management team. I’ll never go to this location again.

My Husband & I both ordered the crispy chicken combo. When we got home & started eating I noticed my sandwich tasted funny. I looked down & the chicken was completely raw. It was not even close to being cooked. I checked my Husband's & it was the exact same way. Raw! I called the location back to let them know the situation & so that it wouldn't happen to anyone else. The manager I spoke with assured me she would issue a refund for both my Husband & I's sandwiches. Still no refund or word back from the manager and I am on day 3 of vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea & chills.

Can't go wrong with flame grilled goodness. Service was great. Place was clean. Food tasted amazing.

Stood in line for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. After having to repeat myself 3 times to the tweaker at the counter to have two combos take 7 minutes to be delivered with old overly hard fries and colds burgers.. Oh and the soda machine was broke... No more tweakers!!

The flame broil flavor was a nice change from the pup patties at in and out.  Although the cashier was in training and it left me very worried that I would not get what i ordered, the service and the timing is way better than the golden arches.
