Great dining experience all the way around. Generous portions. The chips, salsa and guacamole were delicious and they gave us a free refill. Drinks were kept full without us having to ask. The Presidente Margarita was served up in a cute shaker and cocktail glass. Chili’s ribs and fajitas are among the best anywhere. We will definitely be back.

We had a great experience at this location, even on a busy Friday night. We initially had come at a rush so there was a wait. However, the wait was only around 5-10 minutes. Our waiter was very quick and friendly, which we enjoyed. We ordered our food and appetizers and it only took 10 minutes for everything to be brought out. We were impressed with how quick they were. The location was clean and orderly as well. Hats off to the employees here, they are phenomenal.

Chili's is the go-to place for my family. So, when we moved to South Jordan we decided to try this location. Unfortunately, after two separate horrible visits, we will be choosing another location. The first issue is cleanliness. The restaurant appears pretty new, but it is poorly maintained. Both times there was a significant amount of food debris left on the floor, even around the waiting area. The second issue is the food. Both times I ordered the same dish and both times I had the same problem and sent it back. The rice was undercooked and still hard and the broccoli tasted like it was still raw, just warmed up. To be fair, the chicken I ordered was good both times. The third and largest issue is the service. The first time we went, there was hardly anyone else there because it was mid-afternoon. We waited around 10 minutes before we saw anyone at the front to seat us. When we finally sat down, our waitress took our order and that was basically the last we saw of her. Someone else brought our food and she never came to check with us. When we did have issues with the food or needed a refill, I was unable to get her attention because she just hovered around the kitchen area. I actually had to get up and ask another employee to track her down for us. The second visit, I was there with my in-laws. They brought out the drinks one or two at a time over the course of 5 minutes. We both ordered from the 2 for $22 menu, which included an appetizer and 2 entrees. My in-laws' appetizer came out right away and was prepared incorrectly. They brought it back a few minutes later, but they still had no appetizer for us. About a minute after they brought the first appetizer, all of our entrees showed up, giving us no time to eat our appetizers (which we were still missing). After attempting to eat my meal, I gave up and sent the food back. They only credited me for half of my meal on the ticket. Finally, once everyone was nearly done eating, they brought out the appetizer we had been waiting for. By then, I just wanted to get out of there. Long story short, if you like Chili's, don't go to this restaurant. If you have to drive a little further to go to a different one, do it.

My family I was there on a Monday night. We were seated right away. It seemed as though we were served in a timely manner but apparently was not fast enough for the manager who called over one of his bartenders to take our order. Towards the end of the meal we were greeted by the manager who apologized to us for his staff not serving us sooner. He offered to take off some of our bill to show how important we were as customers. I really didn't feel as though they were not timely but really appreciated the managers efforts to ensure we were well taken care of. The food here is always great. I really felt valued as a customer.

Great service, great food and fun atmosphere! No matter the time of day we always get seated quickly. Paige was our server today and she was phenomenal!
