We went on a Sunday and it was busy so they were slow. Our order was messed up in 3 different ways. When I got to the window i ordered and paid for a sundae but it wasn't on the receipt so they didn't bring it. They gave us kids meals we didn't order. And I wanted BBQ sauce and it wasn't in any of the bags.

Super slow despite 6 employees working. FIVE regular combos with 8 tacos ordered inside. Took 14 minutes for entire order. One other order ahead.. Offered free shakes or pie for wait. DECLINED. Just make what I ordered. Car in drive through 12 minutes for 4 tacos large fry and large drink. . THEY USUALLY PARK MOST ORDERS, but management today was under qualified. By the time our order was put on the trays fries were cold and the drive thru screen was blank.

We've had a few issues with this Burger King lately but this visit was the last straw. They forgot to cook part of our order so we had to wait longer than normal. When we finally got our food and went home our order was completely wrong. I asked for no onions and cheese on a burger but they put the onions on and left the cheese off, even though they charged us for it. My son's chicken was cold because they cooked that first but then left it in the bag while they cooked everything else. Will not go to this one again.
