Went here for lunch the other day and they had someone greeting the guests s taking orders who was extraordinarily friendly I believe his name was Michael. I work in the service industry so I’d say I’m pretty good at recognizing fakers but his smile and demeanor struck me as genuine.
Absolutely terrible experience. I was thinking about ordering an additional bigger plate because they’re $10.30 for three small side and either chow mein or rice. I opted out to save money since I didn’t plan to eat the additional chow mein and just to order the sides on their own I ordered three small sides, and ended up spending an additional $19 instead. I asked the girl if it made more sense to just get the bigger plate because it cost $9 less, is the exact same amount of sides, AND included the chow mein. She runs my card and tells me yes it is cheaper that way. And to top it off, she put my side boxes in upside down and they spilled in my bag. Just poor poor service . Which is a shame after a long day of work. Portland locations are far better
0 stars if I could. It was all I ate that day as I was on the go. A few hours later I was hit with the worst food poisoning of my LIFE. I thought I was dying. I had the shrimp, mushroom chicken and chow mein. Never ever ever ever again.
I’ve only ordered twice in the last two years! Went thru once because of the pandemic had to do drive-thru. That order seemed light regarding the entree-more like a child’s portion. Second time,today, used the drive thru, ordered a bowl and once again very little Beijing Beef, only about 4 bites!!! Good service and all that just VERY SMALL PORTIONS Of PROTIEN!
The food is good! It's our favorite quick meal when we're not cooking or just out and about.Food: 4/5
We don't stop by this Panda as often as others just because of the lack of a drive thru. However, the quality has been good every time we've come and the service is usually very quick. Parking: Parking lot is busy and the spaces are tight. I don't enjoy driving or parking in this lot.
Normally I come in lunch hrs when is fresher food, but unfortunately came in today Sunday evening 30mnts before closing and barely had any food in there trays. I asked for 3 plates to go and most of them I asked for chow main and the one that they had in their tray was a small quantity and it looked old and dry and I asked the cashier to make me some fresh one and they said they will cause the one they had was old so waited 20mnt so they can make me fresh food and they end up giving me what they had. The Manager did apologize for the wait but they still give me what they want not what I asked
The employees were very nice but their sweet fire chicken was dry as hell with no sauce on it. I should have looked at the reviews before going here.
Highly suggest if you like getting sauce with your meal, DO NOT order from them through DoorDash or UberEats or any delivery service for that matter…every time I do it through an app they NEVER put the sauce in the bag! Very frustrating and defeats the purpose when you then have to drive up and get the freaking sauces! I mean seriously Panda Express…what is Teriyaki Chicken without the sauce…let me tell you it’s just grilled/charred chicken!! Also when calling to find out why they forgot the sauce they will tell you “Oh we have lots of new people working here and they may have forgotten it when they bagged the order” lol then train them to make sure they check to see if everything is included with the order, don’t pass the screw up off as a “new employee” mistake, when this seems to be a regular occurrence!
Love this location! Always fresh food and seems to be more tastier than others.Food: 5/5
