Chic Envy consigns and sells current, upscale clothing, shoes, jewelry and handbags from the most popular name brands to European boutique brands. On most items, the prices reduce every 30 days. How does this work??

Chic Envy is a Consignment Boutique that accepts up to 20 items a month per person by appointment only. We need that time to go over the contract with you, check out your items, and price the items we accept so they go on the sales floor that day.

If you are a new consignor, you will find our contract on our web site. You will need to bring in pages 1-4 completed. Appointments afterwards only require the 4th page, (the Inventory Sheet.) If there are changes in the contract, we will have existing consignors fill out a new one.

Chic Envy only accepts items that are clean and current. It is important that items are recently dry cleaned, laundered and pressed. Please bring in on hangers you do not want to keep. We have to be super selective with quality, cleanliness, and of course only take certain labels. Items that are out of style, slightly stained, have missing/loose buttons, or have holes are not accepted. We do not clean or steam items for you, so please make sure they are best-presented at your appointment. Any odors or pet hair will cease the appointment. Our split is 50/50
Designer Handbags over $1000 are split 60/40 (you/Chic Envy). Any sale the store may have will also be shared with the consignor. We do our best to inspire shopping, and periodically have sales to promote business.

Payments are made monthly by check. Checks are mailed out each month on the 15th. An item list of what is sold is attached. Let us know if you prefer to pick up your check.

Items are kept for 90 days. The consignor must call by the 90th day (which is given at the appointment) to let us know if he/she will come to pick up any unsold items. A 48 hour heads-up is needed so we can gather your items for you. An option to donate is also the consignor’s. As a consignor, you get the tax break for your donated items. Request donation forms in January of the following year. Chic Envy faithfully donates locally to Women Giving Back which gives the clothes to women and children coming out of shelters. Chic Envy is not a drop off location, however. We do not donate items that we do not accept. All items that are not picked up 10 days after the expiration date will automatically be donated to Women Giving Back as we do not have storage for unsold items. Chic Envy does not dry clean your unsold items.

2-Item Tuesday: Chic Envy allows one or two items to be dropped between 11:00am and 7:00pm as long as you have your paperwork completed. We will not have time to select two items from many, so please choose your best two ahead of time.

Our mission is to provide and sell popular and upscale brands in excellent condition at affordable prices. We have to be selective. The women who shop at Chic Envy are sophisticated, savvy and chic, looking for great deals. Chic Envy is in partnership with our consignors to provide this quality to the consumers that shop with us.
