Brought a 1600.00 riding lawnmower from Sears online, sight unseen,  around June. Lawnmower was delivered on time. Had a problem a few months later with machine not wanting to shift easy. Service repair guy showed up on time. Watched him take whole rear end off to find the problem. Come to find out, I was the problem. I always washed my mower after mowing. I will never wash my mower after seeing first hand the problem this causes. I know Sears is in trouble, but with the exceptional service that I have had with Sears over the years, especially with this mower, I hope they survive. By the way, the he mower I brought was the automatic, 42' cut, 90 anniversary model. 20hp I think. Love this mower. She's the Best....... thanks UPDATE*********** Coming up on a year now. Still Loving this mower. It's 9April18 and I have alreadymowed 7 or8 times

When I worked at sears around 10 years ago customer service was a top priority. It’s seems now they couldn’t careless. That’s probably why they are slowing going out of business. We bought a new dryer and it never worked after it was installed. It has been a nightmare trying to get them to send a replacement. We are two weeks in and still no replacement. Side note the delivery crew that came out twice so far is great!

I would love to give them a full Five Stars. 
 Most of the staff is very friendly & helpful. I have encountered a couple of younger men, that have no knowledge of tools & a near contempt for informed customers. Their inventory is pretty sparse (atleast in the tool department), & this unfortunately the state of most Sears now.

I dislike how so many things dont have prices or are in the wrong places. Stood in line for 15 minutes just to ask a question. The boy working the register was very unfriendly and shouldnt be allowed to work around the public with the attitude he has. This location is much better than east town, parking lot needs a lil work. But all n all its a pretty good store of variety with great deals when opening CC accounts
