The clothing was off the chain and I absolutely love shopping for my little ones there I always find the best stuff! I haven't sold to them yet plan to do so very soon! The atmosphere was great and the employees are terrific! I believe the young lady that checked me out name was Angel. She was super sweet and was funny as well! Thank you all for great experience!!

I’m torn between rating it a 3 or 4 because the store is overall great! The prices are super affordable, the store is clean and I always leave with what I was looking for. I also sell here all the time. They don’t give the best prices but I’d rather sell to them than waste time/gas selling them myself. The reason for 3 stars is because of customer service. It’s a hit or miss. Some of the girls are friendly, but most of the time they aren’t very welcoming and look unhappy to be there. I’m not sure if she’s the owner or the manager but she doesn’t seem pleasant either. Other than the customer service, I recommend shopping here!

It's a good idea for a store but the employees continuously turn customers away and discourage them from coming in (in many cases this has been hours before closing time), which defeats the purpose of operating the store, doesn't it? Parents are hopeful they will be able to get some money (or trade credit) for items they put a lot of money into, but most items are refused even when they are in good shape. The staff's attitude toward it's customers leave the customers confused, because they are often treated like their presence/money is unwanted. Brace yourself before shopping here and be prepared to find good deals while also being slightly (or sometimes not-so slightly) offended by the staff.

Worst place ever to sale clothes! I gave them 2 opportunities to redeem themselves. Never again! I took a bag of practically new items and they kept 4 offered $18.75. The next time I took brand new summer items with tags on them ( brands hey say they want)and they offered $20.75. However reasons for not accepting my other items were lame excuses of being stained - my items were not stained. I actually had an opportunity this last time to look at the clothes they had for resale and there were MANY items that were worn so badly I wonder how it made it to the rack. I hate to give this place a 1. If there were negative numbers to give you would get a negative 10! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

Went in with 4 box FULL of brand new clothes and some used. I went through all that I know Once Upon A Child would take. After sorting of what I had I got $35 out of the whole thing and they passed on the rest... seriously?? What all did you take for free?? The stroller was worth $30 alone! I got ripped off on the clothes I could of kept instead of that. I will never go back again! FIRST AND LAST time I’m going there! Ridiculous! Don’t waste your time!
