Nathan has to offer the best customer service in this store. When he first started helping me, I thought he was the manager based on how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Nathan helped me from the time I was just asking questions, to check-out and all the way to my car where he managed to squeeze everything I bought into my small SUV. Highly recommend requesting to have Nathan help you, you won’t regret it.

Looked for rugs here and the 2 guys in there were too busy unwrapping new rugs and talking to get out of the aisle let alone offer to help.  We left without buying anything.

Pamela or Pam the manager wouldn't discount a lamp for our coming soon newborn nursery. It had 3 smudge spots on the lamp shade. She said hopefully you can get it out with an eraser. Hated to buy but we have been searching forever for the perfect lamp. We can turn the shade around hopefully to the back so the spots can't be seen. Just hate buying something full price knowing it has blemishes . It wasn't discounted from the other lamps ,but was the last one that color. It was 29.99 for a small table lamp and even 10% off would have made me feel better.  When I found her after we purchased the lamp she had an attitude a manager shouldn't have to any customers.  Will be calling her supervisor on Monday. And will review on other sites and Facebook if that's how they are gonna treat regular customers.
