I set up an appointment for an oil change, and it was a quick and easy process. When I got there, the employees were very kind. As a college student, I was not looking forward to spending a large chunk of money for synthetic oil, but I found a coupon online for them to replace my windshield wipers for 50% off with the oil change! I was pleased with how cheap the total actually was based on how much I have paid at other auto shops. They did not try to sell me things that my car did not need. I am highly impressed, and I will be returning for my next service!

Currently sitting in the parking lot with my car after my 3rd visit to this place with the squealing belt (initial issue) worse than when I brought it in. "Fix it right the first time" should never be there slogan. Visit 1- sloppy diagnosis and replaced belt. I also paid for an oil change and fluid check and they didn't refill my windshield fluid. Visit 2- Warranty replacement on the belt because it was still squealing. Visit 3- didn't want to replace the belt so they came up with another erroneous  diagnosis of a leaking power steering pump. ($575). If it was leaking they would have found it the first two times. If they were a respectable business they would have covered the cost to replace it on there own fault. I offered to cover the cost of the parts and have them pick up labor, nope. I will never be bringing a vehicle back, I will never refer anyone here, and I strongly suggest finding a more reputable mechanic before coming here.

Oh my gosh these guys are AWESOME! Will come back when I am in KC---- every time! Was worried about my car acting up and they stayed late to make sure it was safe driving. Great customer service.
