When reading the reviews I was really afraid to see what my experience was going to be like.  I was going because I had a coupon for a free oil change and I needed to find a new place to get my oil changed.  When I went in the service staff was VERY personable.  When they found issues with my husbands truck they took me on the floor and showed me what the issues were.  They were not offended when I told them that my husband does most of the work to the truck.  They went ahead and gave me a quote and signed me up for their rewards card.  I will definitely be going back!

I thought my last oil change here went smoothly until I tried to change the oil myself this time. Whoever worked on my car must have used an air pressure wrench to tighten (or torque) the drip bolt on my oil pan and made it impossible to remove. Not only is the bolt impossibly tight, but the bolt itself is distorted and warped because of being tightened this way. I have to take my car into another garage to have them loosen it. If you go here for your oil change, make sure you remind them that the drip bolt must be hand tightened and then only tightened with a ratchet wrench a quarter turn so it's snug and not stripped.

Wanted to update my experience below. Was contacted right away by the owner of this Meineke who seemed genuinely upset about my experience. They did order the missing trim and replaced it. I appreciate them making this right. 

I have shortened my initial experience below:  

Brought my car in for service, needed new front springs and struts. Came to pick up the car and the windshield wipers arms were installed on the wrong posts keeping them from returning to bottom of windshield and part of the trim that surrounds the windshield bottom was missing. 

When I inquired was told that the trim was missing when I dropped the car off which I new was not true. Overall was frustrated with this experience and concerned about the quality of work. However was pleased that the owner contacted me and replaced the trim.

Whatever you do, do not take anything you own to get worked on here. Barry is a terrible manager, with no ability to give customer service. I spent $1000 and left with my truck in bad condition. I had to take it to Midas afterwards to get the repairs done correctly. Barry argued, was rude, condescending and has no idea what he is doing. He screwed my trucks brakes up so badly that I had to leave it due to not being road worthy. Barry price gouged, and obviously treats everyone badly. PLEASE take the extra time and drive to Midas  instead. I can only imagine how he treats women and his employees.
