Best place to trust to get new tires and alignments. The tires I wanted were out of stock and they were able to get them to the shop the next day. When I called, they were upfront with me about every cost so there were no surprises. This Firestone was fast and efficient and I received great customer care.

Excellent place to actually get your car fixed correctly the first time! The manager Mike and sales Guy Greg are too amazing Duos that will get you back on the road fast! Keep up the good work guys!

I love the customer service, they're friendly and explain things clearly. I go to them to get my winter and summer tires swapped, and for anything wheel related. I also recommend the lifetime alignment package, I get them frequently and its easily paid itself off. So far they've done a good job with the tire swaps, but they have broken a couple studs, could just be bad OEM studs though because they're torqued to spec. Overall it's been a great experience for me.

Bad, bad, bad!!!! 6000 miles ago had a new set of Bf All Terrain KOs installed at this place. While my vehicle didnt had alignment issues they recomended doing it since was installing new tires. Somehow the left the aligment nuts not tight and now both my new 250 dolar a piece rear tires are ruined since they wore unevenly down to the second layer.

I'm on the west coast now so not feseable to come back.

Went to get 4 new tires for my Lincoln LS,  paid $300 for all four. The service was the best part, extremely nice. One caveat though, they tried to sell me 20 lug nuts for $4 a piece. I said I would order them from somewhere else and the price magically went down.
