Tried to get 2 new tires, have had to come back multiple times for issues after new tires were put on.

I should've read the reviews before going there.
I left my car overnight for a simple flat tire fix - didn't get get until noon next day. Here's the list of problems with these guys:

1) told me that tire can't be fixed using their "famous" two nails in close proximity story that I heard a night before when they were talking to the previous customer, yeah right. I ended up replacing two tires

2) wanted to sell me the most expensive tires possible - again, watch out

3) unresponsive - had to call them 4 times to get my car fixed. Every time they said they would call and never did

4) didn't reset the tire pressure sensor

Avoid at all cost - these guys do not deserve your business

Just changed tires and wanted an alignment on my 2006 BMW 325XI. I brought in tires I ordered from tire rack and they installed them. They put 51 psi in the new tires, the maximum rating on the side of the tires, when my car is supposed to only have 32 (Which is clearly labeled in the standard place on the inside of the door). They also did not reset the in car tire pressure monitor, but this was the least of my issues with the service.

When they parked my car (I came to pick it up an hour after the service was done) They pulled the bumper over the curb. This is a huge nono on my car as it is low enough that it will not go over the curb/parking blocks. 

They broke one of the clips on the bottom of the bumper, I would have demand they pay for a replacement except my bumper was already heavily damaged.

In addition, they were unable to do an alignment on my car because they did not have the proper BMW alignment equipment. I would understand if I owned a super rare car, but there are lots of BMWs around here. 

WORST OF ALL, my steering is completely wonky after the replacement. I am bringing it to my mechanic this next week to get it figured out for sure, but the steering is light (Way lighter than it was before) and there is a dead zone in the middle. Also, it is very floaty. These are the same tires I had on it before, just new. 

I am hoping they just messed up balancing the tires. However, they also wanted to replace a few suspension bits and I would not be surprised (Given the rest of my crappy service and instability to care for my car) if they accidentally messed something up while working on the care (Or maybe intentionally to get me to pay for unneeded repairs).

My car drove perfectly fine before, but now it is all messed up, also the suspension was done at 15k miles ago so it should all be good.
