I routinely have my Acura serviced here, and Justin & Scott have assisted me in purchasing a new vehicle. They're very helpful folks with great knowledge of their product. As other reviewers have pointed out, they're not the least bit pushy. They even gave me a ride out to one of their other lots to test a vehicle. Great people, I don't get the whole weird car-salesman vibe that some of the Medford dealerships give me. They seemed genuinely interested in getting me into the best vehicle possible for the best rate.

Other touches included complimentary cold waters and coffee/hot chocolate. Joe & Brooke in the service department were very helpful as well and even walked me through resetting my radio after my battery died free of charge.

We leased an 2017 Acura MDX. The purchase was easy and pressure-free. The collision department fixed our car promptly and fairly after being rear ended shortly after our purchase. Bringing the car in for service is also a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly to me and my kids, and they wash the car every time! I recommend Butler wholeheartedly for everything car-related.

Saturday was our first time experiencing the sales department. Rex Cunninham was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our sale a success. He's quite knowledgeable and not pushy which I greatly  appreciate.  
Not only did I purchase a vehicle,  so did my mom.

Rex is the man. He effectively took what was a hopeless situation with my old car and got me into a 2018 Hyundia Elantra. Kind, efficient, helpful and transparent, he has proven these attributes as a friend for many years and now as the seller (to me) of my first new car. I would buy another car from him in a minute. Thanks Rex!

Butler Acura was by far my best experience with a dealership. From start to finish all the assistance I received was phenomenal. I recently relocated to the area and reside in curry county which is roughly 3 hours from Butler Acura in Ashland and without transportation. That was not an issue as Brent was able to arrange for me to get shuttled to Butler Acura. Scott picked me up and drove me from curry county to the dealership and it was a great experience. Once we arrived at the dealership, Scott was sure to let me take a look at the vehicle I was interested and let me tell you it was a sweet ride (2010 VW Golf) with very low mileage! Scott was tremendous with making sure I was comfortable and ensured that I had all the knowledge I needed to make my decision. Once I made my decision and went into the financing portion, Rikki was very thorough and such a great help with making all the arrangements between the dealership and the credit union so I would be all set up with my payments and also made sure I understood all the details in depth. No pressure. Stress free environment. I 110% recommend Butler Acura for your car buying needs. Brent, Scott, and Rikki thank you so much!
