A BIG thank you to Rob Lucey for being an amazing car salesman! He understood that we had some issues in selecting a car and kind of already knew what we wanted, but weren't sure. Rob took the time to listen and understand our needs. Even after we told him we already had a car, held at another dealership, just not comfortable with the deal. I also want everyone to know, I had a huge bow on my car when I picked it up. It was a great birthday present!

Awesome experience buying a new Escape at Butler Ford. Rocky Moore and the whole crew there handled the entire process easily and without the normal high-pressure you often get at car dealerships. Rocky was friendly, professional, tremendously helpful, and wonderfully well-informed.

We'll definitely be back for future purchases and give a hearty recommendation to anyone who'd like an all-too-rare, enjoyable car-buying experience.

In addition, the service department is great. They truly care about us and our cars. Tom, at the service desk rocks! He always takes care of us and makes sure everything is done perfectly.

I know I don't have anything to compare to because this was my first time car buying experience but this was an unbelievable experience. I worked with Rex and Joel and they were amazing! amazing actually doesn't do justice. Joel was so helpful and worked his magic to get me a great deal with no pressure. He informed me about all the options and genuinely cared about me. Rex literally ran his butt off trying to expedite the truck buying process and did everything he could to help. I was truly blown away by Rex and if anyone of you go to buy a truck or car, look for Rex! These two men were amazing and look forward to many more years of business with them!

I had one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I initially discussed my truck needs at Butler Ford with Mr. Rocky Moore on the phone and he found exactly what I was looking for. He honored all the purchase agreements we had discussed in a very unthreatening and professional manner. He made sure I received all the discount programs available. He was very knowledgeable about the truck especially the electronics. If he didn't know something he went the extra mile to find out. Great job.

Simply incredible. I work for a traveling event marketing company and had a problem with my F150's security/computer that tells my truck to start when you turn the key. I do much of my own work, but I can't contend with today's electronic systems. By no right should I have been able to get towed in the night before and have them work on my truck ahead of 3 weeks worth of customers, but I was in a serious time bind that needed an answer quick. With that said, there are very very few places today that combine top skill with big-hearted integrity to help a desperate traveler like myself, and I owe these guys my sincerest thanks for taking time and resources to get me back on the road. Thank you Mark, your tech crew, and Butler Ford for stepping to the plate for me!
