Dylan was our sales associate. Dylan did an excellent job finding the best deals for my wife and I on our recent purchases. Not once did we feel pressured into a vehicle. Nor did they spend aimless time trying to search vehicles online. We asked if they had x and y, they did and that’s how we proceeded. Great experience at this store every time, this is our third purchase. And Josh, the financial associate was just as helpful. Overall, fantastic experience on all sides, thank you.

Dylan was amazing and so accommodating. We knew what we wanted when we came in, and he went to the effort of cleaning it and having it ready to go when we got there (it was a recent trade in). We have 2 young children and he worked to keep them happy and entertained, all while doing paperwork and getting us the best deal possible. We would shop with him again every time! 
Josh worked with us to get a great deal and was fast and efficient. He Was also great with our kids which is a huge bonus. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!

I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in over 10 years. A big part of the reason is I don’t enjoy the whole “Car buying Experience.” In the past it has been nothing but stressful. I was presently surprised this past week! From the minute I walked onto the lot I was met by Travis and his whole demeanor was different. In short he was extremely helpful and polite! He asked me great questions and was informative. He even let me take the Ram 1500 to show my wife! As you probably already can tell I purchased the truck! The paperwork process with Brian and Aaron was fast and efficient! My wife even commented on how nice everyone was! Long story short, if you are in market for a new or used vehicle you have got to go see the guys at Lithia In Grants Pass!! 🚙❤️

My husband and I just purchased a new Jeep Rubicon Wrangler from Lithia of Grants Pass.. Ray was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. We did most all of our communication by text and e-mail.  He answered all of our questions, and made the purchased of our new jeep extremely easy and pleasurable. We drove 4 hours in the snow and bypassed two other Lithia's on our way because Ray got us the best deal.  I would definitely recommend Lithia of Grants Pass to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.. When we are in the market for another vehicle we will be going to Lithia of Grants Pass!!!

My husband and I came in to look at a 2005 Dodge truck. Dylan approached us & was instantly welcoming and willing to meet our needs. He was very considerate & was not pushy. He gave us the freedom to explore the truck & talked with us about other options as well. He gave us the space we needed to make our choice to buy. While also working hard to come to a price that kept us happy. We will defiantly return to him for any future car or truck buying.  This was an all around great expirence.
