Joshua was great!  He and they bent over backwards to make sure it was ready before the weekend, when I was going to propose.   They got a beautiful diamond the fit my mother's ring perfect!! I am a lifetime customer!!

So far, a five star experience! My boyfriend and I went to BW James Jewelers in hopes that they would be able to put my grandmother's diamond in a new setting for an engagement ring. Marisanne helped us and she was both very knowledgeable and personable. She was very patient with me (I was pretty picky about what I was looking for) and she showed me many options. I had gone to a couple different  jewelers in hopes that I could get a lower setting for my diamond and many were reluctant to work with me on that, or just flat out ignored what I was looking for. BW James Jewelers seems to take pride in their custom work and I'm very excited to see the results. Great friendly staff, very clean and organized showroom, and convenient location. Many thanks to Marisanne for taking the time to help us today!

We have used BW James in Cleveland, TN a couple of times and highly recommend them! The staff is remarkable in their customer service and taking care of their returning customers. They go above and beyond to fit your needs and budget. If I could give them more than a five star review I definitely would.

Marissane helped me pick out the ring that absolutely was the one for my girl. I gave her an example and she found me perfection. She also took her time with me which made me feel as though she was more interested in me finding exactly what I wanted rather than just ensuring a sale was made and as a guy that had no clue about the processs that made it better for me. The team there is friendly, have a vested interest in making sure you get what you want and doing their bests to make it a comforting experience. I’d definitely recommend any guy like me who is unsure about the ins and outs of the ring selection process to visit that store!
