The only reason I'm giving this store one star is because I can't give them zero! I bought a turquoise necklace here and didn't even make it out of the mall when a friend told me it wasn't real. I had it looked at and it's not. I took it back less than 30 minutes later they would not refund but offered store credit. Then they would not trade the fake necklace for anything I wanted the piece of jewelry I ended up with turned out to also be fake!!!

This is a great Jewelery Store, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, very fair with their pricing and willing to compromise as much as possible. My wife and I highly recommend them.

The service is impeccable. We got a custom engagement ring, and it is perfect. We first contacted Treasures by email, and Lin was very quick to respond, up front about the very reasonable cost, and extremely sensitive to our every desire. Lin helped us with every detail, offered the most reasonable price, and also helped us find a ring for my fiance even though we were not actively looking for one that day. We are so pleased with the finished product, and the custom ring only took a week and a half to create! Lin attentively created the ring of my dreams, and I am so happy to recommend this store for all of your jewelry need! We will be back for the wedding band as well.

THESE FOLKS HAVE HEARTS OF PURE GOLD:  I can't believe how awesome this company and their people are!  First, I went in to pick up my 14K gold ring, which they resized for me....and it looked absolutely brand new when I got it back.  It was polished to a diamond shine - and because they don't stretch the rings when they resize them (they add gold to them to resize them) you couldn't tell it had been sized up.  So, I'm already more than happy at this point,  and I'm getting ready to leave when Alex, the owner, asked me to hold on, and he opened up one of the jewelry displays and takes our this BEAUTIFUL .925 sterling silver cross with diamonds in it and said "...Give this to Tina (my girlfriend) from us here and God Bless you both...".  I was literally floored.  Speechless.  How could I accept such an expensive gift after having just spent so little..?  Never in my life have I been treated with such decency and respect and true caring - and I've discovered since that the folks at this store are always doing things like this for their customers - just look at their reviews on Facebook and on here.  I truly believe that Alex and the folks at Treasure's Jewelers all have Hearts of Pure 24K Gold - and their intent is to form a bond with their customers that make them a part of the Treasure's Family.  I will forever do business with Treasure's - and ONLY Treasure's.

When we started looking for a ring, I contacted multiple jewelers in the area by email and phone. Lin was quick to respond, had some of the most reasonable pricing I could find, and was extremely open to whatever custom ring design we wanted. When we visited the location, he was up front about pricing and lead time and even threw in a ring for me free of charge. He had the ring design done in a week and a half, and it was exactly what we wanted. He even exchanged the ring I had previously gotten for another when I realized it was a bit too big (still no charge). 

Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.
