In 1999, Fountain City Jewelers was opened by Mark Enix. Since that time, we have worked to establish Fountain City Jewelers as the premier jeweler in Knoxville for quality, integrity, and service with unparalleled value.

Story

We are located in Fountain City in Knoxville TN.

We use Laser Technology to do the smallest jewelry repairs, eye glass frame repair, and other items too difficult for traditional repair procedures.

We are also available for all your diamond and jewelry needs.

Mark is an amazing guy. He helped me with a custom wedding/engagement ring. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined. I love it so much! Mark took the time to show me different stones and explain the whole process of having a ring made. He was helpful, even staying after to meet me when I had to work. If you need a reputable jeweler Mark is your guy. 

I just want to say thank you Mark. Me and my husband will be customers for life! It is perfect!

I wanted a custom pair of Emerald wedding anniversary bands for my wife. Mark and Jerry went above and beyond helping to create just the perfect 20 year anniversary gift. I would definitely recommend Fountain City jewelers to anyone looking for the best in jewelry and customer service.

This place is a no frills shop in a strip mall but MY oh MY!  I am so impressed!  This shop has some great pieces of jewelry that are high quality.  If you don't see what you want then they will make you something totally unique that you will treasure.  The owner, Marc, is the designer and has a true vision for creating something that is so far above your expectations, you will be blown away.  Jerry is awesome up front and did a fantastic job of finding the perfect setting and diamond to suit my needs and wants.  These guys know jewelry.  This is no MALL jewelry store that sells junk.  They made several pieces of jewelry for me and even made a second wedding band to match what I had previously bought there and it looks perfect.  I have looked at so many jewelry stores trying to find the right thing at a fair price and there was no comparison to this jeweler.  This is THE place to go.  Let them help you with their expertise and NO pressure!  You'll be back for more jewelry.  I guarantee it!

Mark and staff made our purchase of our 25 year anniversary rings very special. Annette took great care with my wife and Jerry made her feel comfortable through the entire process. I was very pleased with the entire purchase; oh, by the way, the ring looks great!

Mark helped my husband with the purchase of my engagement ring and then purchasing the perfect wedding band to match. He and his staff have provided us with the best quality jewelry and excellent service. We are lifetime customers!
