I can’t say enough good things about Lamons. We had an issue with one of my rings and Emily was amazing to work with and helped us come to a resolution.  She worked with us and didn’t rush or pressure me to make a decision and the end product is spectacular! More one on one than the big box stores. Would definitely continue to use them.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Lamon Jewelers while we were on vacation from Michigan.  The ring was way too big and had to be remade.  Lamon was awesome, we did everything over the phone, and they shipped my ring to me no questions asked and no problems.  Kirsti was a joy to work with, very nice people, great service!

Had 2 bracelets fixed...had to return 2 times because they both broke....staff nice but somewhat condescending!
