Dominic and Heath also made out car buying experience a delight.  Dominic was not like any other salesman that we have worked with in other dealerships, when he approached us and introduced himself he told us about the car we were looking and the history of what they did to get it ready to sell and how they acquire there vehicles then told us if we needed anything just give him a yell.  The Acadia was very clean and in spectacular condition which tells me that they only sell quality cars.  I wish all salesmen were like him not being pushy and giving me and my wife the space and time to talk between ourselves.  Heath was great to work with doing the financing and again was not pushy about any extras, showed them to us and went on.  When we actually bought the car we were there a little under an hour.  That was due to most of the work was done over the phone with Dominic.

I can't say enough about how pleasant our experience was there and how upfront they were.  I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

BUYERS BEWARE of BYERS   What a bunch of shady crooks!!  I purchased a used car there and the salesman went on and on about how well the car had been taken care of and how their technicians and mechanics had gone over the vehicle and that is was in great shape. Nothing to be concerned about. 
 Soon after getting it home I discovered that there was major damage done to the underside of the front. Plastic body panels destroyed and the inter cooler for the turbo damaged badly. Well over $5000.00 to repair. 
  I will never do business with these crooks again and suggest that no one else does either!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT!!
 PLEASE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK !!  WORST DEALERSHIP IN AMERICA !!!  Their IDEA of HELPING is saying SOLD AS IS NO WARRANTY !!   THAT'S ALL THE HELP YOU WILL GET !!
 Not only did they sell me a badly damaged car, I have now gotten a recall notice for an airbag malfunction !! The car is a 2007 model. They HAD TO KNOW ABOUT THE RECALL !!!  I'm not even sure they are legally allowed to sell a car without fixing a recall. These CROOKS don't care!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!

Thinking of buying a vehicle, in the near future?  Want to be treated well, in a family oriented environment ? I highly recommend Collin at Byers VW. He is very knowledgeable. Collin is wonderful, personable and engaging. His awesomeness is so very genuine. As I am new to Columbus, He graciously made a list of good eateries for me to visit. Count me as a happy driver in my new VW Beetle. Yes!

I didn't end up purchasing from here but they are very nice people and are not pushy. They were willing to negotiate. Unfortunately we decided on a smaller suv instead of a compact car.
