Needed new brakes for my car that my son uses.  Pads and New Rotors for the front.  Drums, Shoes and Springs for the rear.  Doyle was helpful in getting a ballpark estimate over the phone, setting an appointment, calling after estimating the exact job to authorize work, explaining the process and getting it done in less time than quoted.  Doyle is a professional and the professional mechanics do great work.  They were not the lowest estimate, but I can always trust them to do a job and do it right!  They also respect my time by giving me actual time quotes based on the jobs in their queue. Highly recommended!

I had C&S work on my car a few different times and every time he has been fair and very honest. I trust that what he says is the truth and I always leave feeling that he has my best interest in mind. I highly recommend C&S Auto Repair.

These guys really know what they're doing and they are very personable. Brought my Dodge Charger in to get the oil changed because it was running rough, and they had the problem identified and fixed in minutes (the last shop I went to used the wrong filter). Honestly this is the only shop I like to bring my cars to - never had a bad experience and they shoot you straight.

Called and discussed the problem & was told to come on, that they could fix it the same day.  When I arrived the guy at the desk said they couldn’t see me without an appt.  when I told him what I was told on the phone he said he was the only guy who answers the phone.  Basically was so condescending that I was about to rip him a new one when the phone rang & he answered it in the middle of our conversation and then proceeded to have a friendly chat with a buddy of his...I just turned and walked out.  He shouted after me “what day do you want to bring in the car?”  I kept on walking.  He will never know how close he came to being dressed down.

I'm so pleased with the service at C&S.  Doyle is upfront and honest regarding the work that needs done to your vehicle, and the amount it will cost. I had to wait for my car with my toddler,  C&S was so accommodating. We were given water & Doyle turned the TV to cartoons to entertain my kiddo. I'm grateful and will return here again and again!
