This is one of the best places to get a car wash!! My car hasn't looked that good after a wash in a while! Those windows were also emaculant. Rims looked pretty good too! They are usually very busy. Staff has great work ethic. I highly recommend!!! Will be coming back :-)

Service is just ok. Staff is nice, facility is nice and clean offering ample seating and ambience while you wait. However, I always see missed spots on interior and exterior. I take my 2 cars and I always have to point out where additional cleaning is needed after my car is deemed finished. While I am treated well as a customer and they do take the time to re-clean the missed spots, the focus seems to be on getting cars in & out quickly. If you visit, make sure to do a full detailed check when your car is done, and ask for any missed items to be cleaned before you leave.

I am only providing one star to tell my story.  I have been bringing three vehicles to Cactus car wash for over 4 years.  I estimate on the low end that I have spent nearly $3,000.   Okay so in October I brought my mother's Mercedes truck in for a wash like a normal day, someone washing the inside broke her cup holder.  The white female manager attempted to locate a cup holder from 10/2018 until now 2/13/18.  I told her last time, the next time I call and they have the piece I want to be made whole as a customer.  She told me the General Manager Jim James stated he can give me vouchers back to cactus car wash.   So you can break some more **** and not honor a real customer.  3 ******* vehicles.   So in the five months the owner Nate Smith never reached out to me, I had to reach out to Management every time I received a non update/update.   So today I am going to file a suit that will cost me more than it will cost me to fix my mother's vehicle because of principle.   Oh, today Jim James, GM also stated they don't have to pay for anything over 10 years old that they break it's the owners responsibility.   However they took 5 months to attempt to fix and repair what they broke.   See you in court Nate Smith the Owner of this location, pulling bank records to provide proof of how much money I've spent with you.   All I asked for was $100.00 to make my mother whole again.  $65 for cup holder and labor to put it in.   Why the hell would I bring her truck back or any of my vehicles.  DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD ALL LOCATIONS HAVE THE SAME PRACTICE.   They don't care how much money and tips you've given.   I've tipped up to $20 because I just feel the employees prob don't make a lot/ on average $10 with each wash.  If you want to make this right Jim, Nate you have my number and know exactly who I am. Staff was polite. Place was neat. Paid 200 dollars for cleaning wax etc. Wax still on car after. Inside of car was below fair. This is not a detail place. Good for a quick clean. Do not I repeat do not spend more than 35. Not worth it

They do a great job for the price. You get what you pay for, if you're willing to pay for more you'll get a better job. The special is what I get and they do a very good job of getting the outside and inside wipe down. Even when I bring them very nasty truck.
