Zupas is great for a quick soup salad and sandwich I never have to wait in line there even at rush hour during lunch. Made to order right in front of you. Now for how they could improve. They have very small portions and they are pretty expensive for the small portions. If you get a soup and sandwich and a drink you are going to walk out of there at least paying $12 or more. That is ridiculous for a fast food place. I avoid this place simply just because of the outrageous prices for the little bit of food after I spend $12 I'm still hungry. It's not like it's organic or even non-GMO they've just got a thing there that people like so they are charging a pretty penny for it.

Over-zealous employees can be a business killer.  My wife and I ordered a Try 2 Combo today to split, with soup and sandwich.  It may be a company policy to not allow the soup to be split into two bowls but we asked to do that, with a different flavor in each bowl, and the young man who served us kindly did so.  The next employee behind the serving counter, however, would have nothing to do with that!  She dumped the soups that had been served and required us to choose one flavor.  If we had not been with other family members, we would have immediately canceled our order and left.  As it is, we will likely never eat at Zupas again.  It may seem that the loss of business of two people and some others they influence is of little consequence for such a thriving business.  However, no one may ever know the number of people who have felt slighted by ridiculously unfriendly policy who will never return.

Quality and service continue to be hallmarks of this chain and location. Lots of families and there can be a line during peak periods, but the staff is efficient and friendly. The dessert upsell is mild and quick. Not sure why they arrange it so the staff is manipulating trash and cleaning plates next to the soda fountain, as it gets in the way of customers trying to get utensils, but this is a minor inconvenience.  All of the soups, salads, and sandwiches are great. I’ll be back.

Delicious food! I have never tried something that I didn't like. The only down side is that you almost always are going to have a wait. You also can't order online which is a bummer. Though if you are in a hurry you can call ahead (I personally don't like doing this because I almost always forget something :-/ ). If you have time to get it you wont be disappointed!

Zupas is a favorite of mine and my family. The soups are incredible and rival the best sit down restaraunts. Clam chowder is some of the best I've had anywhere. I don't give five stars often and Zupas earns them. I've never been disappointed with anything I've had.
