I’ve been coming to this place for 20 years but tonight it seemed like there is no one in charge and none of the help know what they are doing. 

When I arrived no one was there to greet me. I waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to greet me but no greeter appeared and none of the other help would even look at me. S o I just sat down and after another wait someone finally got curious and asked if they could help. 

Once seated I ordered chicken, usually a safe bet, but tonight it was tougher than shoe leather. It might have had freezer burn so I sent some back to get the managers opinion. The word that came back was “that is how the chicken usually is” :-(

And even before the chicken arrived, the waiter tried to take my bowl of miso soup before I had even tasted it.  

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be my favorite place to eat. So sad.

I've been here twice now and each time I'm amazed at just how fast these guys get your food to you. I ordered and was still putting my card back in my wallet when they brought it to me! And the food is great, too. I got the teriyaki chicken with brown rice and steamed vegetables, and it's delicious. Not to mention the friendly service -- the cashier struck up a conversation with me while we waited for the card to go through. All in all, five stars. I'm quite impressed.

Very very good. Lunch with a buddy and we both loved it. Great price for the quality and quantity.

Looks like they're still working out the kinks of a new operation but the food was great. They gave me a sneak preview into a beef bowl they're adding to the menu and the beef was amazing!

I got the teriyaki chicken the vegetables taste pre frozen not fresh, the noodles were overdone and I ordered the Miso soup it was absolutely horrible, Smiths has better Miso in a pre mix packets. please don't ever have it.
