Bring an appetite. Generous portions. Chicken and pork are my favorites. Steak isn't bad, but is usually tough. Nice choice of sauce. I appreciate they are upfront about extra sauce being $0.50 per cup. Notional island fare with luau pork being just so-so. Still delicious to eat and a nice family compatible dining area.

It's pretty good food for the most part. It's hit or miss sometimes though. The quality of the food isn't always consistent. At this location you'll also have a hard time finding a table at lunch, as well as most places in the area. I'm not a Hawaiian did expert so I can't say if this is authentic or not. If you're looking for a good meal and tired of burgers and pizza definitely give this a try!

OVERVIEW - 4.67 Came here on a Tuesday afternoon because my wife's lunch plans had fell through (she had to work). So I ate at a table for six all by myself... LOCATION - 5 They actually have a pretty good location being located right at the major artery of Thanksgiving Point. PRICE - NA I came here on a free promotional offer from a third party, so I didn't spend a penny, so it would be unfair to give this a score, although what I ordered would have came out around $9 I believe. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 I ordered a Mini shredded Pork, I'd be lying if I didn't say, it was inspired by the movie Moana. (Yes, I am aware she's not Hawaiian!, it was my mindset during my lunch break from a chaotic day of work). POINTERS/PERKS - NA I'm sure there are some pointers or perks, but being as this was the second time I've been here, I don't know what those would be... EMPLOYEES - 5 The young lady that served me was rather friendly, she did have a helium pitched voice, but all the same she was very helpful in helping me select the choices for my meal. I struggled a little as well with my free voucher, which she helped me out with.

The food was delicious. Portion was good for price too. But then it was a long wait. We had to wait for more than a half an hour to order. They need to pick up the speed, if not more people will end up leaving. Maybe try going during the day during the week, it won’t be as long of a wait as it was for me.

I’m internally conflicted as to what rating I give this place. On the one hand, the food is amazing with great portions! On the other, the service is often terrible. 1. Phone calls go straight to voicemail 99% of the time. (A manager once told me that if I didn’t want to wait for the large pans or catering, to “call in”. 😂) 2. No where on website to submit feedback. (Staff can get rude when the lines are out the door, but to be fair, everyone is super friendly and chill when there’s no line at all) In summary, love the food and the portions, but the owners lack of concern around service is too reminiscent of Seinfeld’s Episode 6. “We know our food is good, so suck it up”
