They downsized the menu to a balanced few offerings, and it was still difficult to make a selection. Food is expertly prepared with a focus on flavor and authenticity rather than massive sizes. Quiet environment and spot on wait staff. High end prices.... we are a welltravelled family with a certified and degreed chef in our home so we recognize quality prep.

I usually never leave a review...but use them from time to time to help me decided if I should try a place out...the reviews were mixed, but decided to try the Harvest Restaurant out any way...We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and wanted something nice...they came through for us...there were 4 of us and each tried something different off the menu...hot cider was yummy along with the warm home made bread and stuff mushrooms, my husband had the baked penne (to spicy for him)and I had the ribeye steak...we were stuffed...yes it is a little pricey but so worth it...we will eat there again...hopefully not another 30 years...

This is our anniversary or birthday spot when we are in Utah.  It's usually pretty empty so we can have a nice quiet meal.  The decor has a Tuscany theme and the service staff are friendly.  Despite being in Utah and so far from an ocean, their salmon is pretty good.

The food quality at this restaurant has tanked over the past couple years for sure. It's unfortunate... never buy a steak here! The salads are okay. (And the bread is delicious)

My friends and I ate here today.  The food is awesome.  Chef Tom does a fantastic job.  One of my friends who doesn't really like fish tried the blackened salmon sandwich at the suggestion of Chef Tom and LOVED it!  I had it because I love salmon and there was nothing left.  We will definitely be back.
