My mom and I bring our Fit Monkeys cars here to get cleaned! They get the cars really clean but don't use any harsh brushes which is perfect because our cars have business decals on them. Everyone is helpful and friendly and they know us when we go there and remember what car wash we get. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional clean.

weeks ago I came for the first time and my experience was great.  All the employees were really nice and helpful. The place is really clean and pretty. I highly recommend getting your car washed here and i will keep coming back .

This place is the absolute worst. I bought my mini Cooper brand new so I try to take care of it. I paid a lot of money and then as I drove away the sconce on the side with the blinker light flew off my car I drove back and they claimed they never touched it and it was from previous damage complete garbage. They offered to go look for the part or order it for me at my cost stating they would call me... Never received a call. I paid 200 to have the part replaced at my dealership. If you care about you're vehicle take it somewhere else.

Love this place! They never try to upsell and our cars are always sparkling. We usually wash our own and are super picky about the results....Palomar Hand Wash is the only place in town that gets it right. Nice outdoor waiting area with a tv, too! 5 star!

I won’t be back. I went to pick up my car after paying for the diamond wash, and nobody had even wiped down the console of the car and there was still dog hair all over the carpet. They took it back to finish it, then gave me the car back again. I realize they hadn’t applied the armor all I had paid for so they had to redo that. Drove away and realized that there are still fingerprints from my five-year-old on the window . not worth it.
