Fantastic place for 1 night or 1 month. Very clean and centrally located. Surrounded by boat builders and loud engine fixers but then if your not into fast boats check the events schedule. Beautiful views.

This place could be 5 star easy.  Staff is great, pool lovely great laundry facilities.  Views are not great but beaches are free around here so it doesn't really matter. Prices are fair and they take Good Sam.  They also take Passport America if you're a walk in but not with reservations.   Landscape is nice and park is kept clean..  the downside is the spaces are so close together you really can't enjoy outside at all.  Our picnic table was touching the neighbors, our slide was only inches from the camper next to us and our neighbors dish was litterally at the bottom of our stairs, we couldn't put our awning out cause the rig next to us  was parked the wrong way and ours would have hit them. Also there is no uniform to how the rigs park. Pull in or back in, anything goes, and it ends up being a bit chaotic.  Doors facing each other gives no sense of privacy.   Lots of truck noise, and people running desiel trucks at all hours.    A little direction on parking and quiet time enforcement would bring this park up to a 5 in no time.  I would stay again, but I would ask for a pull thru site. Those are pretty spacious.

Amazing Oasis. Freindly staff and quiet atmosphere. Can have allot of fun socializing at the pool and hot tub. Or just kick back at your site. Bbq available in several locations. Clean showers and restroom. Club house and some activities.

it is all they claim . with just a little stretch on a couple of things. the park is just a gravel lot with utilities. the sights are small but can be usable. .  The owners seem to allow there manager to make all decisions. she is not very friendly, or capable. contacting the owner proprietor is almost impossible.  after several years there we were forced out. not because of any thing other than not being able to communicate with a person of knowledge. apparently some drug  activity in the camp also. not sure exactly what went on. personnel is the big problem .

Great place to stay. Very accommodating and affordable. Great family atmosphere. They even keep the pool heated during the winter! ;)
