This park is a good sams rated park which actually is rated high.. we stayed here during the balloon festival , only rv place available , really was i checked everywhere...anyhow it should not be rated such a high score as good sam gives it...extremely  tight spaces, you are literally jammed packed in on all sides, apparently this park is more for live ins..and it shows. We were in space 34.. our neighbors were less then 2 ft from our back end and about 3 feet from us on either side, pads are not level.. this park has no appeal and i really mean that. No river views at all and right off hwy 95.. you would have more room and more privacy staying in the wal mart parking lot. We felt like we were camping in a storage park.

Rate listed for one night $37 including tax.  Rate charged (class C, 30 amp) $47.60.  98 degrees and not enought electric to run the AC without the gage being in the yellow.  Forget the fridge, the oxygen machine and the tv.  Don't dare turn them on.  Only here because Cowboy's RV assured they were certified Onan warranty place.  When we got there they informed us they don't do warranty work.  Wasted trip here and could have gone on to a real rv park that furnishes power to run my home on wheels.
