Nice RV park for a rally. Lots of pull through site with full hook ups and a nice pool and club house. Club house will accommodate about 90 people. Has full kitchen attached and large bar b q. Owners were very nice and helpful.

A very nice resort.  Clean,  well kept. As an owner of a pup,  I only can say, we missed a place where he can freely run. Fortunately,  the London Bridge Park is closely located and there is a beautiful bug "dog run" park. We drove daily there. 
We'd stay in Havasu Falls RV resort again.

I had to cancel my reservation due to a cancer diagnosis and gave as much notice as I had which was 3 weeks.  I expected a refund either full or partial but was informed that the policy was that the cancellation had to be 4 weeks in advance or no refund would be given.   The website says to call for the cancellation policy and when I asked for a copy of it I was told that the policy was verbal so in other words they can make it whatever they want to avoid a refund.  Sneaky but effective for them.  I even offered to provide a letter from my doctor but that was denied too. I really expected more from a Good Sams resort!

Staff needs training not very friendly......WiFi is a hit and miss gone sometimes a week without when asked managers gave me a number to call.....now they have a 500 deposit that is nonrefundable if you don't come back...also raised lot rent another 50 a month...was high already. Lots of traffic noise.
