Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very quiet as well. People were friendly. Its very close to Navy base. I was disappointed that i had to go down to front desk to request and pick up more towels when i needed them. This was the first hotel i had stayed at that didnt bring fresh towels each day. Kitchenette was fully equipped.

It's alright. It seems to be a cross between a regular hotel and an extended stay which is strange to me. We have had to stay there several time traveling from Ms to Waukegan to handle my elderly uncle's affairs. We have been using this place for about a year and a half. Some of the same people are there everytime we stay there. It would also be a good Idea to maybe add something fun. Buy up that empty lot next to the hotel and expand and have some real "hotel" type activities. The rooms are cool it's just EXTREMELY boring. EXTREMELY

Stayed here a little over a year ago. Got a great deal thru United Vacations. We had a really nice room, it’s like your own mini apartment. Definitely would stay here again when we visit.

Hotel was very nice and dog friendly. We only spent one night here on a road trip but it was definitely worth our time and money. We would stay here again. Only downside is that there is not breakfast included.

Had to wait longer than usual at a hotel check-in desk, but once the clerk got off the phone and helped me, check-in was easy and painless. The room was very nice. Would stay again.
